We are in the process of Re-designing the gardens at Casa Olivier. The process is being guided and curated by Alan Gillingwater. We collaborated with Alan due to a shared interest in prioritizing local plants that require minimal maintenance and water use.
The first stage of the garden design has been completed. We are now in the process of testing a variety of herbs, plants and flowers to see what performs best with minimal watering. Over time we intend to save the seeds of the best performing plants as well as collecting wild seeds from local plants flowers.
